Applicable Terms. Gameverse Entertainment (“we”, “us” or “Gameverse”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users (“users” or “you”). 

This Privacy Policy has been crafted to inform you how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of information you provide in connection with any Gameverse game or application (“service”). For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way. Some of our Services use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Analytics services. Your personal data may be transferred to our service providers and business partners for the purpose of conducting analytical reviews, analyses, reporting and research activities regarding the use of our Games.

Advertisement business partners. Depending on your privacy settings, our partners may collect and process personal data such as device identifiers, location data and other demographic and interest data about you to provide personalized experience such as advertisement and recommendations.
These settings can be turned on and off through our Games in-game settings menus.

We will protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Our Services may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

1.4 Children’s Privacy

The Service is not geared toward children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information we will delete such information from our files as quickly as possible.

Terms and Conditions

1.1 Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download a copy of the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  1. Modify or copy the Service;
  2. Use the Service for any commercial purpose;
  3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Service;
  4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Service; 
  1. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Gameverse at any time. Upon terminating your license, you must destroy any downloaded Service in your possession.

 

1.2 In-app purchases

Our Games enable in-app purchases. We do not process payments for in-app purchases nor have access to your credit card information. Payment transactions for in-app purchases are completed through the app store via your App Store account or Google Play account.

 

1.3 In-game advertising (i.e. watching ads)

To enable us to show in-game ads, we may send your advertising ID and IP-address to advertisers (or ad networks) to enable them to find appropriate ads to serve to you in our games and on third-party properties. You can control and limit our use of your advertising ID in your device settings. We do not control which specific ads are shown in our games (it is controlled by ad networks), but we do blacklist certain categories of ads.
